A 60-LED strip by the door that shows when the next train arrives. One pixel per minute, so you can read it on the way out without touching a phone.

Field-oriented control driver for brushless motors, with 12-bit (0.088°) position control. Both the firmware and the board are mine.

Pulls the weekend forecast for a whole list of destinations at once, so planning a trip stops being an evening of filling in a spreadsheet.
